Frequently asked questions

What is a life coach?
The life coach definition is someone professionally trained to help you maximize your full potential and reach your desired results. They are like a supportive friend and a trusted adviser rolled into one. They’re someone who will push you to identify your goals, hold you accountable and provide encouragement throughout your journey to become a better version of yourself.
What does a life coach do?
A life coach encourages and counsels clients on a range of professional and personal issues. Life coaching is distinct from giving advice, consulting, counselling, mentoring and administering therapy. You hire a coach to help you with specific professional projects, personal goals and transitions.
How do I find the right life coach?
There are many styles and types of life coaches to choose from. While all of NhiLe’s Results Coaches have been extensively trained and practice the strategies and techniques NhiLe herself knows to be effective, finding the right one is ultimately a question of fit. During your free introductory session, you will be able to determine if you and your life coach have the right synergy. If not, you can be matched with a different one.
How long will I need to commit to working with a life coach?
If you’re working with a NhiLe life coach, we recommend you stay in the program for at least one year. This will allow you to build trust with your coach and develop effective strategies for you to achieve your goals.
